BepInEx, Valheim Plus and beyond 10 players
Almost every Valheim mod relies on BepInEx, a mod loader. You install it in the server folder with your Thunderstore mods, and players run the same versions on their side.
BepInEx and Thunderstore
Drop BepInExPack Valheim into the server folder, then the mods' .dll files into BepInEx/plugins. Settings live in BepInEx/config and are often enforced on players.
Beyond 10 players
The 10-player cap is the game's own. A server mod raises it, at the cost of more resources: that is what the Valkyrie tier with 12 GB and 4 vCores is for.
Admins, bans and whitelist
Three text files next to the world: adminlist.txt, bannedlist.txt and permittedlist.txt. Edit them from the panel, and the kick, ban and save commands are available in game.
World modifiers and presets
Valheim lets you tune world difficulty without mods: combat, resources, raids, death penalty, portals. Start from a preset, then adjust each slider from the server launch parameters.
Pick the preset with the -preset parameter and the sliders with -modifier. Both can be changed at any time from the panel, the world is kept.
